Add a row of gold metallic braid to the front of your new velvet collar backing.
The braid trim is added on both sides of the collar links - inside out, forming a continuous ring around your collar.
This trim really adds a lot to the look of your collar for very little cost.
This can also be added to an old collar for the same cost.
