If your ribbon order involves similar ribbons with slight changes in copy, you can use this charge to combine the quantities for group pricing. If only one line changes between 2 ribbon layouts, add 1 quantity of this line item($3.00 setup). if you have 3 ribbon layouts and only 1 line changes on each - add 2 quantity of this line item (2x$3.00). This allows you to combine the ribbons in one run for quantity discount. If you have 3 or more changes it is probably more cost effective to treat them as separate runs.
