"My Account" on Lauterer.com
If you have not already done so, you may want to consider setting up
a Lauterer.com web account using "My Account"
It is easy to do. Simply click on the "My Account" button.
Then click on "Proceed to Registration" to set up your account.
In the future, any time you re-visit Lauterer.com, simply click on "My Account" ,
then "Sign In" as a Returning Customer.
Advantages:
1. Enter your Shipping and Billing information just once.
Returning Customers who log in to the site, need not reenter their Shipping and/or Billing information each time an order is placed.
2. You can view the status of all orders that are placed while logged in to your account.
Watch your order status change:
From "Order Received" to "Download to Order Entry" to "Production" to "Shipped Complete".
3. Review any order placed while logged in.
Often, you may need to reorder something you have ordered in the past. Customers with a web account have access to all past orders from any computer with Internet access.
4. View your shopping cart from multiple computers.
Shopping carts are kept active on Lauterer.com for 30 days. A customer, logged in to "My Account", can access his/her active shopping cart, from any computer with internet access. Hence, you can access your active shopping cart from your home PC, on a laptop (when mobile), at work or even at a friend's house.
Without a "My Account" set up, your shopping cart will only be accessible from the computer on which the cart was established.
5. Rest assured, your Credit Card information is not part of the Customer Account information.
Your credit card information must be entered each time you enter an order.
Credit card transactions on Lauterer.com are processed securely with a secure and direct connection to an authorized credit card processor. Your credit card information is not printed on any internal document. Our employees do not have authorization to view any credit card information.
6. You can edit, or update your "My Account" information yourself, at any time.
Each time you log in to "My Account", you can view your History, edit/update your Profile, and change your Email Address and/or Password. Also, you can join our Mailing List to make sure you get advised of any specials we offer.
